The Project This series of 3D explorations focuses on the intersection of nostalgia and modern product design. Using Blender, I developed high-detail models including a custom Tamagotchi for an independent lifestyle magazine and a conceptual portable CD player for a personal project.
The Craft My 3D workflow focuses on "Tactile Realism"—the art of making digital objects feel touchable through meticulous texturing and lighting. Whether it’s the translucency of 90s plastic or the brushed metallic finish of a tech device, I aim to create assets that can live within editorial layouts or high-end advertising campaigns.
Technical Focus:
Modeling & Topology: Clean mesh creation for complex hard-surface objects (CD player mechanisms, ergonomic gaming shapes).
Advanced Shading: Developing custom procedural materials to simulate realistic plastics, glass, and light emissions.
Editorial Integration: Designing 3D assets specifically for print and digital magazine layouts, ensuring the lighting complements the overall graphic direction.
Artistic Direction: Infusing each model with a "Y2K" or "Retro-Tech" aesthetic, highly relevant for current market trends.
